Let's use the analogy of your physical health:
What you can expect
If counseling is going to the doctor and venting to a friend is going for a walk, coaching is working with a personal trainer. I'm going to push you harder and teach you more tools than you can get just by "exercising" on your own.

With a subscription you have access to watch others be coached, so in this analogy, you have workout videos you can follow along with!

If you commit yourself to learning this, before long you'll have a whole new array of tools you can apply on your own as if you're using stretches and exercises for whatever is sore or weak that day!

Just as it's so nice to be physically fit for carrying groceries, keeping up with little kids, or being capable at a physically demanding job, it is so freeing to have a brain that is up for the challenges that life throws our way. Life literally feels lighter!
